Once you receive your goods, we offer a 5-day timeline to check your product for any damages.
The refund policy only applies to the business purchasing the item/s. If your items are received in an unsatisfactory condition, you may return them back to us and request an issue for a credit note within 5 days from the date of receipt as long as the business can provide proof of payment and damages.
All credit notes issued will follow the current prices. Upon issue, the business will be eligible to receive a credit note with the amount paid for the purchase to be used for future orders. The returned item must be accompanied by the original receipts and any ancillary documentation which you may have received at the time of delivery with the product.
